Cincinnati Reds ownership history 

Justus Thorner - 1882–1883

Justus Thorner was the first owner of the Cincinnati Reds, then as the Cincinnati Red Stockings, in 1882.


Aaron S. Stern - 1884

Aaron S. Stern was the second owner of the Cincinnati Reds in 1884. He was a stockholder of the Cincinnati Red Stockings by the 1882 season and later became a controlling owner of the team.


George Herancourt – 1885

George Herancourt was the next owner of the Cincinnati Reds. He took over as managing owner of the team.


John Hauck - 1886

John Hauck became principal owner of the Cincinnati Red Stockings in 1886.


Aaron S. Stern - 1887–1890
