Amateur Ice Hockey
Noel Acciari featured in the Quebec International Pee-Wee Hockey Tournament in 2004 with a minor ice hockey team. He later attended Bishop Hendricken High School in Warwick, Rhode Island, where he was outstanding, winning the championship.
Noel Acciari went on to join Kent School and played for two years before moving to Providence College for his senior ice hockey career; there he began to play in the NCAA Division I with the Providence Friars. His performance earned him the captainship in the team.

Noel Acciari was initially assigned to Boston's American Hockey League (AHL) affiliate, the Providence Bruins, which enabled him to earn regular game time, and he was successful in the 2015–16 season, playing 45 games in the AHL, scoring seven goals and 19 points.

Noel quickly made his Florida Panthers debut in the season-opening loss to the Tampa Bay Lightning. But he continued to maintain his position in the team and eventually scored his first hat trick, scoring three goals in a 6–1 win over the Ottawa Senators.
